摘要
虚拟企业的隐性知识共享是其成员企业进行知识联盟的根本目的。由于虚拟企业具有工作方式虚拟化、组织的动态性临时性、成员差异性等特点,使得隐性知识的共享更加复杂与困难。Web2.0的出现为隐性知识共享提供了新的契机。本文以SECI为原型对知识螺旋模型进行补充,分析了Web2.0环境下虚拟企业隐性知识共享的障碍,从制度、组织、文化等方面指出了隐性知识共享的对策。
Tacit knowledge sharing in virtual enterprise is the fundamental purpose of the Knowledge Alliance member companies.Virtual enterprise has some features such as work virtualization,the dynamic and temporary nature of the organization,differences in membership and so on,which makes the sharing of tacit knowledge more complex and difficult.The appearance of Web2.0 provides a new opportunity for tacit knowledge sharing.The article is under the prototype of SECI to compliment the information spiral model,analyzing of subtle knowledge sharing under the circumstance of Web2.0 of Virtual Enterprises and indicating the tactics of institutional,organizational,cultural knowledge sharing.
