上置法植骨技术与种植修复

Onlay Grafts and Implant

目的 :为了恢复缺牙后重度吸收牙槽嵴的三维骨量 ,继而行种植体植入 ,探讨上置法植骨技术及结果。方法 :33例重度吸收牙槽嵴患者接受了上置法植骨术 ,平均3个月后植入了45颗种植体。术后6个月行种植体暴露术 ,暴露后6周行烤瓷冠修复。结果 :所有病例修复后平均追踪11个月 ,未见种植体脱落。结论 :上置法植骨技术简单 。

Objective:To restore the bone volume in 3_dimision in the resorbted alveolar ridge.Methods:33 casees underwent onlay graft operation,45 implants were placed 3 months later.The implants were exposed and finished with ceramic crown 6 months after implant placement.Results:Follow-up post-prosthesis were mean 11 months,no implant lost.Conclusion:Based on the study,the authors thinks onlay graft is a reliable method in restoring bone volume.
