摘要
以不同品质的1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为原料,采用直接酯化法合成了PBT树脂。采用DSC、化学滴定、万能试验机等检测手段考察了BDO原料中的杂质以及环缩醛对PBT树脂结晶性能及力学性能等的影响。结果表明BDO中的环缩醛会对PBT树脂的熔点产生影响,随其含量的增加,熔点降低;随BDO杂质含量的升高,合成PBT树脂的结晶速率降低。尽管BDO原料对PBT树脂结晶性能有显著影响,但对宏观力学和电学性能没有明显的影响。
PBT resin was synthesized using different qualities of butanediol(BDO) as raw material by direct esterifi- cation. Effects of the impurity and cyclic acetals in raw material BDO on the mechanical and crystallization proper- ties were investigated by DSC, chemical titration universal testing machine etc. The results showed that the melt tem- perature of PBT decreased with the increasing of the cyclic acetals in BDO raw material. The crystallization rate of PBT reduced with the increasing of the impurity content in BDO. Although the quality of the BDO has significant effect on the crystallization property of PBT, but it has no significant effect on the macro mechanics and electric properties of PBT.
