摘要
对PTA装置氧化单元中PX氧化反应器的反应机理和结晶器中的对苯二甲酸成核和生长规律分别作了深入的研究。利用PRO/II模拟软件建立了实用的PX氧化反应器和结晶器模拟模块。旋转真空过滤机、干燥机、薄膜蒸发器、高压吸收塔、常压吸收塔、汽提塔和溶剂脱水塔等设备也进行了模拟研究,建立了实用的各设备模拟模块。经对比,模拟结果与参考数据的偏差在可接受的范围内,可以应用于PTA装置的工程设计。
The reaction mechanism of p-xylene oxidation reactor in PTA plant oxidation unit and the nucleation and growth law of TA in crystallizer was studied in detail. By using PRO/Ⅱ simulation software, practical PX oxidation reator and crystallizer simulation modules has been established. Also, simulation study was carried out such as rotary vacuum filter, dryer, film evaporator, high pressure absorption column, atmospheric absorption column, stripper and solvent dehydration tower. Practical simulation modules for each equipment were developed. By comparison, the de- viation between the simulation results and reference data is within the acceptable range. The simulation modules can be applied to the engineering design of PTA plant.
