新型EG真空喷淋冷凝器在PET生产线的应用

Application of new EG vacuum spray condenser to PET production line

通过分析比较不同PET工艺装置的EG真空喷淋冷凝器,结合不同类型冷凝器的优缺点,对PET生产线的该冷凝器进行优化设计,并在工程实践中获得了成功的应用。新型冷凝器对其结构进行了改进,使得喷淋效果更佳,可简单实现在线拆换喷嘴进行清洗,使其结垢、缩径和堵塞等问题有了明显的改善。

Through the analysis and comparison of different ethylene glycol vacuum spray condenser of PET plant,combination with the advantages and disadvantages of different condenser, optimization design was carried out on the condenser of PET production line. It was successfully applied to engineering practice. The structure of the new con- denser was improved, so that the spray effects were better. Simple online dismounting nozzle for cleaning can be re- alized. The problems of spray condenser such as fouling, necking and plugging have been improved obviously.
