苁蓉冲剂对白细胞减低症模型小鼠抗氧化功能的影响

摘要 目的:探讨苁蓉冲剂对白细胞减低症模型小鼠抗氧化功能的影响,为扩大苁蓉冲剂的临床应用范围提供实验依据和理论基础。方法:采用环磷酰胺建立白细胞减低症小鼠模型,建模成功后,随机分组,用3个剂量苁蓉冲剂(0.7 g/kg、1.4 g/kg、2.8 g/kg)分别进行灌胃,持续经口灌胃给药15 d,小鼠摘除眼球取血,按试剂盒说明书分别测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:用药后,高剂量组(2.8 g/kg)小鼠较模型对照组小鼠血清MDA含量降低,SOD活力增高,差异有统计学意义;且高剂量组小鼠用药后与用药前相比,血清MDA含量降低,SOD、GSH-Px活力增高,差异也均有统计学意义。结论:高剂量苁蓉冲剂对白细胞减低症模型小鼠具有一定的抗氧化功能。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Congrong granule on antioxidative function in leukopenia mice and to provide experimental evidence and theoretical basis for the expansion of the clinical application of Congrong granule.Methods: Leukopenia mice models were made with cyclophosphamide,which were randomly divided into three dose groups(0.7 g / kg,1.4 g / kg,2.8 g / kg) and then given Congrong granule by gavage,continuously for 15 days.Enucleated blood of mice was taken to measure the contents of SOD,GSH-Px,MDA according to kit instructions.Results: Compared with the control group,serum MDA content significantly decreased and SOD activity significantly increased in high-dose group(2.8 g / kg).Compared with those in the high-dose group before adminstrastion of Congrong granule by gavage,serum MDA content also significantly decreased and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px significantly increased as well.Conclusions: Congrong granule have antioxidative function in leucopenia mice and can be used as an adjunct to anti-tumor therapy.
