瑞舒伐他汀联合坎地沙坦治疗高血压合并高脂血症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Rosuvastatin Combined with Candesartan in Treatment of Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia

目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合坎地沙坦对高血压合并高脂血症患者的疗效。方法:选取2010年1月至2012年6月住院治疗的60例高血压合并高脂血症患者为研究对象,随机分为瑞舒组和氟伐组,每组30例。瑞舒组采用瑞舒伐他汀联合坎地沙坦,氟伐组采用氟伐他汀联合坎地沙坦治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后血压、血脂的改变。结果:治疗前两组血压及血脂的差异均无统计学意义;治疗后SBP、DBP、LDL-C、TC、TG与PP均较同组治疗前有所下降,而HDL-C则较治疗前有所上升,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);瑞舒组的SBP、LDL-C、TC与PP均较同期的氟伐组下降更明显,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀联合坎地沙坦治疗高血压病合并高脂血症疗效确切,安全可靠。

Objective： To study the efficacy of rosuvastatin in combination with candesartan in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Methods： From January 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital,60 inpatients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia were selected,which were divided randomly into rosuvastatin group and fluvastatin group,with 30 cases in each group.The cases in rosuvastatin group were treated with rosuvastatin combined with candesartan;while the cases in fluvastatin one,with fluvastatin statins in combination with candesartan.Blood pressure and blood lipid changes were observed and compared in both groups before and after treatment.Results： Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood pressure and lipids of the two groups;after treatment,SBP,DBP,LDL-C,TC,TG and PP decreased,compared with those in the same group before treatment,while HDL-C increased.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05 or 0.01）;SBP,LDL-C,TC and PP in rosuvastatin group decreased more significantly than that in fluvastatin group in the same period,with the differences statistically significant（P〈0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion： Rosuvastatin statins combined with candesartan in the treatment of hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia are effective,safe and reliable.
