Evaluation on Training effect of Entrepreneurship Education in Medical Vocational College

目的:探讨医学高职院校创业教育的效果。方法:选取全程参加创业意识与创业模拟实训培训班的学生60名,分别评价该对象在培训前、创业意识培训后和创业模拟实训后的一般状况、创业意识等。结果:通过创业教育培训,医学高职学生的创业意识和肯定创业教育的态度均有所提高。结论:有针对性地对医学高职学生开展合适的创业教育,可以提高其创业意识水平,肯定对创业教育的态度,提高其将来创业实施的可能性。

Objective： To explore the effects of entrepreneurship education in medical colleges.Methods： 60 students selected throughout participation in entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial simulation training courses were the object of study.Evaluate general status and entrepreneurial awareness before the training,after entrepreneurship awareness training and entrepreneurial simulation training.Results： The entrepreneurial awareness and the attitude towards entrepreneurship education were improved,and especially the latter,improved remarkably through entrepreneurship education and training.Conclusion： The level of entrepreneurial awareness and definite attitude towards entrepreneurship education can be improved,and the possibility of future entrepreneurial implementation can also be improved through the purposeful entrepreneurship education of the medical vocational students.
