摘要 N-myc分化相关基因1(N-myc downstream-regulated gene 1,NDRG1)在许多细胞的生理功能中起着重要作用,细胞生长、分化和多种应激的情况都可以影响NDRG1蛋白的表达水平,NDRG1的缺乏可能导致多种疾病。在多种癌细胞系中,NDRG1的转录和翻译与肿瘤的分化和转移有关。在缺氧环境中,NDRG1的表达水平上调,而在许多肿瘤细胞中都存在缺氧的现象,这使得NDRG1与缺氧和癌症之间存在着复杂的关系。NDRG1与癌症的关系使NDRG1可能作为癌症进展的标识和癌症诊断的辅助工具。 N-myc differentiation-related gene-1(N-myc downstream-regulated gene-1,NDRG-1) plays an important role in many cell functions of physiology.The expression levels of NDRG-1 protein can be affected by cell growth,differentiation and a variety of stresses.The deficiency of NDRG-1 may cause many diseases.The transcription and translation of NDRG-1 are related to the differentiation and metastasis of tumor in a variety of cancers cells.The expression level of NDRG-1 is upregulated in the hypoxic status.However,there exists hypoxia phenomenon in many tumor cells,which has a complex relationship between NDRG-1and hypoxia and cancer.The relationship between NDRG-1 and cancer might be regarded as an identification of cancer progression and an assistant diagnosist of cancer.
