Analysis of Charles Dickens'change of attitude towards capitalism in his works

查尔斯·狄更斯的作品深刻反映了当时英国复杂的社会现实,揭露了资本主义制度的黑暗,批判了资本主义社会的罪恶与腐败。他在经历了不同的社会环境后对资本主义制度的不同看法体现于他不同时期的作品中:从前期的乐观,到中期的失望,再到后期的批判。文章分析了查尔斯·狄更斯的态度转变以及体现这种转变的代表作品。

Charles Dickens authentically and exquisitely reflected all sorts of social problems existed in capitalism, and revealed the social evils at that time. In fact, from his different living environment, Charles Dickens＇ attitude towards capitalism experienced a change from optimism in the first period to disappointment in the middle period and then to criticism in the late period. The changes of Charles Dickens and his representative works are analyzed in this paper.
