摘要
为实现石油企业原油集输系统中非常重要的动力设备石油输油泵橇装置在运行过程中故障快速检测与定位,以及查找到故障后有效地解决问题,研究与设计了一种基于故障树的故障诊断专家系统.文中给出了石油输油泵橇装置专家系统形式化定义公式,设计并详细分析了故障诊断专家系统的主要组成部分,重点论述了使用故障树技术来设计知识库的方法并给出建树应用范例,最后还讨论了应用二叉故障树进行故障诊断推理的算法.企业实施应用表明,跟传统的数据库查询式故障诊断系统比,本系统具有操作简单方便、故障诊断发现率高、诊断结果可靠稳定等优点.
In order to realize fast fault detection and location and to solve problems effectively after finding fault in the running process of the petroleum fuel pump device,which is a very important power equipment located on the crude oil gathering and transportation system,a fault diagnosis expert system is designed based on the fault tree theory.The paper presents a formal definition formula on the petroleum fuel pump device,and describes the major parts of the fault diagnosis expert system with emphasis on the method for designing the knowledge base by using the fault tree technique.And also the example of creatingtree is given.Finally,the fault diagnosis reasoning algorithm by using the binary fault tree method is discussed.The application of the fault diagnosis expert system in some enterprises shows that the system has the advantages of easy operation,high discovery rate and reliable diagnostic results over the traditional database query-typed fault diagnosis system.
