摘要
文中旨在研究线性市场中具有研发溢出效应公司的选址与研发支出问题,构建一个三阶段博弈模型.在模型中,公司首先选择位置,然后是其研发支出,最后选择价格.结果表明:公司最优的均衡位置在线性市场中处于对称分布,并且随着知识溢出、运输费率或研发效率参数的增加而向市场中心聚集.此外,当市场中不存在溢出效应时,公司的位置并不处于市场的两个端点.
This paper studies the choice of location and R&D expenditures of the firms with R&D spillover effect in linear market,on the basis of which a three-stage game model is built.In the three-stage game model,firms choose first their geographical location,then their level of internal R&D expenditures and finally their price.The study shows that firms will choose the symmetrical location and tend to go to the center of linear market as the transportation cost,knowledge spillovers or the R&D efficiency parameter increases.Moreover,firms are not located at the both ends of the linear market when the knowledge spillovers do not exist.
