摘要
目的了解医院营运绩效现状,为政府和医院管理者提供决策依据。方法运用密切值法对3家样本公立医院营运绩效进行评价。结果县人民医院和妇幼保健院随着时间的推移,营运绩效越来越好,而中医院波动性较大。运用密切值法评价后,2011年县人民医院的营运绩效最好,为0.008。建议一是县级医院要认清医院营运现状;二是要选择合理科学的医院营运绩效评价方法 。
OBJECTIVE To understand the public hospital performance and provide the government and the hospital administrators basis for decision-making. METHODS Using osculating value method to assess the hospital performance in three sample hospitals. RESULTS As time pas, the hospital performances are better and better in the people hospital and MCH hospital,but the fluctuation of TCM hospital is high. Using osculating value method, to find that the people hospital is best,which is 0.008 in 2011. SUGGESTIONS （1）The present situations of public hospitals should be recognized; （2）A reasonable method should be chosen for evaluating the hospitals＇ operating Performance.
