徐州市居民医保患者住院医疗费用个人负担水平研究

Study on the Level of Individual Medical Expenses Burden of Xuzhou Residents's Medical Insurance Inpatient Expenses

目的分析基本医疗保险制度下居民医保参保人员住院个人负担情况,为进一步完善医疗保险政策,合理降低参保人员住院个人负担提供参考和依据。方法将2010年徐州市全部居民医保住院病人按性别、年龄、病种和就诊医院级别等进行分组,列出各项统计数据,进行统计并作分析。结果 2010年徐州市居民医保住院次均负担4 125.39元,自付比例为52.7%,不同性别、年龄、病种和就诊医院级别住院患者次均住院负担水平存在差异(P<0.001)。结论基本医疗保险制度下,参保人员住院个人负担较重,应进一步完善医疗保障体系,降低个人住院负担水平,推动医疗保障、卫生事业的全面进步。

OBJECTIVE Through the analysis of the indiviodual inpatient expense burden of residents under basic medical insurance system in order to further improve the medical insurance policy, provide references for reasonably reducing the burden of ginseng protect personnel. METHOD In 2010, Xuzhou residents medical insurance patients were grouped according to sex, age, disease hospital level, lists the various statistical data, statistics and analysis. RESULTS In 2010, medical insurance of residents in Xuzhou per capita burden of hospitalized patients with 4 125.39 yuan, ego ratio of 52.7%, different gender, age, disease, the degree of the hospital inpatient hospitalization burden level differences（nonparametric test, P〈 0.001）. CONCLUSION Under the basic medical insurance system, the insured inpatient personal burden was heavy, the medical security system should be improved, reduce hospitalization burden level and promote the all-round progress of medical insurance and health care
