摘要
目的改善和提高住院寄养麻风病员居住条件和生活质量。方法全面实施麻风病院村改造建设项目、积极探索"寄养麻风病员自治管理为主、医院协助规范为辅"的麻风病院村管理模式的应用。结果住院寄养麻风病员的生活环境、居住条件和生活质量明显提高,住院寄养麻风病员对麻风病院村建设与管理的满意度明显上升,上访或集体上访现象消失。结论加强麻风病院村建设与管理,能够落实以人为本、全面协调可持续的科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会,改善现有麻风病院村居留人员居住及生活条件,体现党和政府对麻风病人这一弱势群体的关爱。
OBJECTIVE To improve living condition and life quality of lepers in the leprosary. METHODS To implement the project of reforming leprosary completely and explore the application of the pattern of ＂patient autonomous management predominantly, hospital assisting management secondly＂. RESULTS There was a significant improvement in living environment, condition and quality of life in lepers in the hospital. There was an increasing rate in satisfaction towards construction and management of the leprosary among lepers. And individual or group appeal of lepers to higher authority for help never happened again. CONCLUSION Strengthening construction and management of the leprosary, carrying out people oriented, harmonious sustainable development theory; building a harmonious socialist society and improving living condition of lepers are embodying the care of the party and the government to the vulnerable group of lepers.
