中医综合护理措施在神经外科卧床患者便秘护理中的应用

Integrated Nursing Measures Application of Chinese Medicine in Constipation Nursing of Bedridden Patients in Neurosurgery Department

目的探讨中医综合护理在神经外科卧床患者便秘护理中的作用。方法将2010年1月—2011年12月入住东莞市中医院神经外科的卧床便秘患者分为实验组和对照组,对实验组实施腹部穴位按摩、口服中药、饮食指导和活动指导等中医综合护理措施,对照组采用一般护理措施,比较两组患者便秘的缓解情况。结果共纳入患者100例,中医综合护理组50例患者中,便秘缓解显效32例(64%),总有效43例(86%),总疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论采用中医综合护理措施,可以有效缓解神经外科卧床患者的便秘症状,促进患者的康复。

OBJECTIVE To explore integrated nursing of Chinese medicine in constipation nursing of bedridden patients lying in bed in neurosurgery department.METHODS Bedridden patients in neurosurgery department in Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January,2010 to December,2011 are divided into experimental and comparative groups.Abdomenal acupoint massage, oral traditional Chinese medicine,diet instruction and activity guidance are implemented in the experimental group.General nursing measures are implemented in the comparative group.Patients'constipation situation is compared between the two groups.RESULTS Among 100 patients,there are 32 patients(64%)with constipation situation improved significandy,and 43 patients(86%)with certain improvement in 50 patients with integrated nursing of Chinese medicine.There is statistical significance(P=0.002).CONCLUSION Integrated nursing measures of Chinese medicine can release the constipation nursing of bedridden patients in neurosurgery department to improve recovery of patients.
