物质文化遗产的价值与大遗址保护―生态城市建设的共生机制研究

Value of Tangible Cultural Heritage and Symbiosis Mechanism of Great Ruins Protection-Ecological City Construction

为充分挖掘物质文化遗产的价值,协调大遗址保护与现代城市建设的关系,依据环境经济学的价值理论,物质文化遗产的价值可分为使用价值与非使用价值,为适应现代生态城市建设和发展的需要,系统整合物质文化遗产的使用价值,并不断研究与探索其非使用价值。基于现代生态城市规划与建设的背景,统一大遗址的遗存本体、现代人工建筑、自然生态环境的功能与特点,构建大遗址保护-生态城市建设的共生机制。

To fully excavate the material cultural heritage value and coordinate the relationship of great ruins protection and modem city con- struction, the tangible cultural heritage value could be divided into use value and non-use value by the principles of environmental economics, to adapt to the modem ecological city construction and development, and the use value should be systematically integrated, the non-use value should be studied and explored constantly at the same time. Based on the modem ecological city planning and construction, the functions and characteristics of the relic bodies of great ruins, modem artificial buildings, and the natural ecological environment should be unified in order to construct the symbiosis mechanism of Great Ruins Protection-Ecological City Construction.
