摘要
[目的]优选含磷废水吸附介质。[方法]对3种不同介质进行了吸附除磷性能的评价,考察了优选介质———石膏的接触时间、粒度、用量、废水pH以及磷初始浓度对吸附除磷效果的影响。[结果]吸附反应中介质的选择极为重要,石膏的静态吸附等温线较符合Freundrich方程。石膏在接触时间>10 h,粒度<0.2 mm,废水pH为6~10,磷初始浓度不大于16 mg/L范围内取得最佳的吸附效果。[结论]该研究对污水处理深度除磷具有一定的指导意义。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to select the optimal adsorption medium of phosphorus-containing wastewater. [ Method] Removal capability of the phosphorus by 3 kinds of adsorption media was evaluated. Influences of the contacting time, particle size, dosage, wastewater pH and initial phosphorus concentration on adsorption effect of the phosphorus by piaster were inspected. [ Result] Medium selection in ad- sorption reaction was especially important. Static adsorption isotherm of the piaster corresponded with Freundrich equation. When contacting time was more than 10 h, particle size was smaller than 0.2 mm, wastewater pH was during 6 - 10, and initial phosphorus concentration was less than 16 mg/L, piaster could obtain the best adsorption effect. [ Conclusion] The research had certain guidance significance on phosphorus removal in sewage treatment.
