摘要
[目的]研究二段生物接触氧化法处理生活污水启动周期及挂膜期间CODCr、NH4+-N、NO2--N、NO3--N降解过程。[方法]采用二段生物接触氧化法处理生活污水,探讨反应器启动周期与挂膜期间CODCr、NH4+-N、NO2--N、NO3--N降解过程。[结果]温度在15℃以下,反应器启动挂膜时间为14 d左右。试验装置对CODCr、NH4+-N有较好的去除效果,稳定运行时CODCr的去除率保持在65%以上,NH4+-N的去除率在20%以上,并且出现了NO2--N的严重积累。[结论]二段生物接触氧化法处理生活污水效果稳定、抗负荷冲击能力强、挂膜时间短。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study start-up period of the two-stage bio-contact oxidation process in domestic sewage treatment and degradation processes of the CODcr, NH4 +-N, NO2 --N and NO3 -N during membrane hanging period. [ Method] By using two-stage bio-contact oxidation process to treat domestic sewage, start-up period of the reactor and degradation processes of the CODcr, NH4 + -N, NO2 -N and NO3 -N during membrane hanging period were discussed. [ Result] Below 15 ℃ , start-up membrane hanging time of the reactor was about 14 d. Test device had good removal effect on CODcr and NH4 +-N. When test device ran stably, removal rate of the CODcr main- tained above 65% , and removal rate of the NH4 + -N was above 20%. Moreover, NO2 -N accumulated seriously. [ Conclusion] Treatment of the domestic sewage by two-stage bio-eontact oxidation process had stable effect, strong anti-shock loading capability and short membrane hanging time.
