摘要
通过对湖北省洪湖市10个行政村电子废弃物回收处理现状的调查研究,发现农民回收意识较为缺乏、农村回收设施管理缺失、回收企业面临困境等问题,并就此提出明确责任主体、完善回收体系建设、加强对农民宣传教育等政策建议。
Through the investigation on electronic waste recycling processing status in 10 villages of Honghu City, Hubei Province, several problems were found, such as farmers＇ lack of recycling consciousness, deficiencies of rural recycling facilities, and recycling enterprises fa- cing difficulties. Several policies were put forward, such as defining main responsibility, perfecting recycling system construction, and strengthening education for farmers.
