摘要
黄皮是我国南方特有水果,其营养丰富,用途广泛,经济价值高。对黄皮的生物学特性、营养价值、生产现状及开发利用研究现状进行了总结,并提出了今后的研究重点。
Clausena lansium is a unique fruit of southern China which has abundant nutrients, extensive usage and high economic value. Clausena lansium＇ s biological characteristics, nutritional value, production status and research status of development and utilization were sum- marized and the focus of future research was put forward.
