县域尺度低丘缓坡土地综合开发利用适宜性研究——以马龙县为例

Land Applicability Evaluation of Mild Slope of Low Mountains and Hills for Malong County,Yunnan Province

依据自然资源情况,采用坡度、地质灾害、交通、水源保护地、林地保护级别、水土流失强度、土地利用总体规划管制分区等弹性因子以及基本农田保护、断裂带等刚性因子,采用多因素加权法、专家评分法以及GIS空间分析法等多种方法,对马龙县低丘缓坡土地综合开发利用适宜性进行了评价,获得了不同适宜区的面积及空间分布,具体为:马龙县低丘缓坡土地资源68 375.08 hm2,其中一等适宜区面积为8 737.17 hm2,二等适宜区面积34 123.88 hm2,三等适宜区面积为4 714.30 hm2,不适宜区面积为20 799.73 hm2。

With the continuous economic and social development of Malong County, Yunnan Province, the demand for urban-rural construc- tion land is increasing. Mild slope of low mountains and hills are the potential construction land which lack of understanding. Land applicabili- ty evaluation of mild slope of low mountains and hills was made by multivariate weighted method, expert evaluation method and GIS spatial a- nalysis method, according to slope, geological disasters, traffic road, protection of headwaters, forest land conservation, soil erosion, land use master plan, basic farmland protection, major geological fault lines. The result shows that area of mild slope of low mountains and hills in Mal- ong County is 68 375.08 hm2, among which, the first-class applicability area is 8 737.17 hm2, the second-class is 34 123.88 hm2, the third- class is 4 714.30 hm2, and unsuitability is 20 799.73 hm2.
