广西农民工失业保障问题研究

Study on Migrant Workers’Unemployment Insurance in Guangxi

对广西农民工失业保障问题进行了研究,指出缺乏针对性规范、转移接续不便是农民工参保率不高的原因。在此基础上,提出了完善相关法制建设和失业保险制度化的对策。

The migrant workers＇ unemployment insurance in Guangxi was studied. It was pointed out that lack of specification and inconven- ience transfer are main reasons for little migrant workers participating in unemployment insurance. On the basis of this, countermeasures for perfecting relevant policy and unemployment insurance system were put forward.
