摘要
以2012年国有林场改革及职工生活状况调研组对河北省国有林场职工生活状况的652份调查问卷数据为样本,运用描述性统计分析方法,详细描述了林场职工的基本情况、收入与工资发放情况、社会保障情况和生活情况,发现河北省国有林场存在职工老龄化严重、拖欠工资和社会保险等问题,并分析出存在问题的根源,针对发现的问题提出了实施人才就业鼓励政策、提升职工队伍的综合素质、加大对国有林场的扶持力度对策和建议。
Based on 652 copies of the questionnaire data, which is from the survey of reform of state-owned forest farm and living conditions of the workers research group who is in order to find out the state-owned forestry workers' living conditions in Hebei Province, using descrip- tive statistical analysis method, the basic situation of the forestry workers, income and payroll situation, social security situation and living con- ditions were described in detail, it was found that there are some serious problems including workers ages, unpaid wages and social, insurance in Hebei state-owned forest farm. After the analysis of the presence of the root of the problem, several suggestions were put forward, such as carrying out the personnel employment encourage policy, enhancing the overall quality of the workforce and increasing efforts to support state- owned forest farm.
