摘要
为提高斑鳜养殖生产性能,利用人工授精法获得了斑鳜(♀)×鳜(♂)杂交一代(F1),筛选部分F1个体定向繁殖,获得了选育一代(G1),比较了F1与G11龄鱼网箱养殖性能。163d养殖试验表明:F11龄鱼平均成活率91.8%,日均增重率为1.34g/d,平均饵料系数为5.6。G11龄鱼平均成活率92.7%,日均增重率为1.42g/d,平均饵料系数为5.7。分别比较成活率和饵料系数,G1与F1间均无显著差异(P>0.05),G1日均增重率较F1提高了5.9%。结果表明,杂交与选育后代的生长性能明显均优于斑鳜,饵料系数降低。
In order to improve culture performance of Siniperca schezeri,the hybrid F 1 group of S. schezeri (♀)× S. chuatsi (♂)was obtained by artificial fertilization,the first selected generation G 1 was from directional mating of some F 1 individuals,their growth-out performance in cage culture at one-year stage was compared. The 163-days experiment results showed the survival rate, average daily growth rate,feed coefficiency was 91.8% , 1.34 g/d,5.6 for the hybrid group, and 92.7% ,1.42 g/d,5.7 for the selected group,respectively. There was no significant difference in survival rate and feed coefficiency between the hybrid group and the selected group, while the daily growth rate of the selected group increased 5.9% than that of the hybrid group,which showed some improved performance in the hybrid and selected group compared with S. schezeri.
