加速溶剂萃取-气相色谱/质谱法测定鳓鱼肌肉中脂肪酸

Analysis of fatty acids in Ilisha elongata Bennett muscle using accelerated solvent extraction with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 采用加速溶剂萃取-气相色谱/质谱法对鳓鱼肌肉中脂肪酸组成进行分析。共检测到17种脂肪酸,其中饱和脂肪酸5种,相对含量为30.92%,不饱和脂肪酸12种,相对含量为69.08%,其中单不饱和脂肪酸7种,相对含量为40.68%,多不饱和脂肪酸5种,相对含量为28.40%。鳓鱼富含EPA(Eicosa pentaenoic Acid)和DHA(Docosahexaenoic acid),EPA+DHA含量达24.43%,鳓鱼肌肉中棕榈酸含量较高,达21.6%。 A method by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry determination of fatty acids in the muscle of Ilisha elongata Bennett by accelerated solvent extraction was optimized. The results indicated that the content of 17 fatty acids,which were composed of 5 saturated fatty acids of 30.92% and 12 unsaturated fatty acids of 69.085%.The relative content of EPA and DHA was 23.43%. In addition,the muscle of Ilisha elongata Bennett was richer in Hexadecanoic acid, and the relative content was up to 21.6%.
