Rapid Design Research on Bridge Crane Based on Product Platform

在分析了现有快速设计理论和方法的基础上,提出了基于产品平台的桥式起重机快速设计理念。重点研究了桥式起重机产品平台的搭建,该平台以桥式起重机的功能分析和模块化为基础,以桥式起重机产品平台的通用性与个性为目标,以设计知识体系来保障产品组合与配置的科学性与可靠性,探讨了桥式起重机的模块化划分,研究了桥式起重机的参数化设计实现,为桥式起重机的高效、高质以及高可靠性设计奠定了基础。

Based on analysis for the current rapid design theory and method, the paper puts forward a rapid design theory for bridge cranes based on the product platform. The emphasis is put on establishment of the product platform of bridge cranes. With the functional analysis and modularity of bridge cranes as the basis, and its universality and individual- ity as the objective, the platform is used to guarantee the scientific nature and reliability of product combination and config- uration through design of knowledge system, with discussion of modular partition of the bridge crane, and research on its parametric design realization, which provides basis for the design of high-efficiency, high-quality and reliability of the bridge crane.
