摘要
针对国内外剪式抓斗存在开始抓取力很小,挖掘物料先浅后深,打开宽度大,遇风易飘摆的问题,从改变工作原理入手,提出一种新结构的恒力剪式抓斗。即在中心铰轴设支架,上设滚轮,开闭绳入滑轮组后与其绕合,打开状态输入力臂增大几倍。经模型试验证明,工作原理发生变化,开始闭合和闭合终了抓取力约相等,挖掘物料先后约等深,打开宽度≤长撑杆抓斗相比规格的打开宽度,使现有剪式抓斗发展到一个新阶段。
Aiming at the problem that the shear-type grab provides small starting grabbing force and excavates materi- als shallowly at first to deeply later, with wide opening and easy swing in the wind, the paper puts forward a new-type con- stant shear-type grab starting from changing the working principle, namely to set the support on the central hinged shaft, and the roller above the support. When the closing rope enters and winds the pulley set, the opening state input arm of force increases by several times. Through the model test, the working principle changes, and the grabbing force of initial closing is equal to that of final closing, with almost equal depth before and after excavating the materials, the opening width ~〈 that of long jackstay grab, which means the current shear-type grab has developed to a new staze.
