摘要
莱钢棒材厂二轧生产线经过技术改造,生产能力得到全面提升。由于加热炉上料系统的设计缺陷,投入生产后各种故障频发,造成较多热停工时,成为制约加快车间生产节奏、产量提升的重要因素。改为机械传动上料系统后,彻底解决了加热炉存在的设计缺陷。

Due to design defects in heating furnace stepping feeding system, various production faults occur frequently after being put into production, and that cause more thermal shut- down time, and is an important factor in accelerating the workshop production rhythm and increasing yield improvement. The existing design defects of heating furnace are completely solved after using the mechanical transmission system instead.
