摘要
对新区高炉开口机润滑系统进行了技术改进,对关键部位实现自动润滑替代手动润滑,延长了设备使用周期,降低了设备故障率,提高了高炉正点出铁率,节约了高炉备件消耗成本。
The technological innovation was carried out to tapping machine lubrication system of blast furnace in the new area and automatic lubrication of key parts replaces manual lubrication in the critical part, so as to extend equipment life cycle, reduce the fault rate of the equipment, decrease the punctuality rate of iron in blast furnace, save spare parts consumption of blast furnaces.
