我国资本积累过程中的技术进步及其来源——来自地区时序数据的经验证据

摘要 资本质量和体现式技术进步是经济增长的重要因素,但能否选择适宜方法计算体现式技术进步却直接影响估计的效果。本文假定经济产出满足CES生产技术并通过似不相关回归测算我国地区体现式技术进步大小,并检验其与经济产出、设备投资、人力资本积累、研发投入、外商直接投资和垄断程度的作用关系。结果发现我国地区体现式技术进步增长趋势明显,并且在我国经济产出、设备投资人力资本积累、研发投入和外商直接投资高及垄断程度低的地区,其资本体现式技术进步更明显。 Capital quality improvement and embodied technical change are key factors to boost economic growth, whether an appro- priate method is chosen to calculate embodied technical change will influence the estimates. 'INs paper assumes CES production technology applys in economic output and uses nonlinear unseemingly related regression model to calculate embodied technical change, and test its re- ladonships with economic output, equipment investment, human capital stock, R&D input, foreign direct investment and monopoly level. The findings show regional technical change in China increases significantly, the regions with higher economic output, equipment invest- ment, human capital stock, R&D input, foreign direct investment and lower monopoly level present higher capital embodied technical change.
