摘要
目的:快速分析迷迭香精油化学成分。方法:利用固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱(SPME-GC-MS)联用技术对贵州迷迭香精油样品成分生产的5个样品进行研究。结果:分别鉴定出28种化学成分,皆占迷迭香精油总成分的99.12%,99.22%,91.80%,99.19%,98.8%。结论:迷迭香精油主要化学成分是α-蒎烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯、桉油精、(-)-樟脑、龙脑等组分。
Objective: Make a rapid analysis of chemical ingredients of the essential oil of Bosmarinus ofl^cinalis. Method: Make a research upon the five samples of the essential oil of Guizhou Rosmarinus officinalis, combining the methods of solid - phase micro - extraction, gas chroma- tography and mass spectrometry ( SPME - GC - MS). Result: Identify a total of 28 kinds of chemical ingredients, which occupy 99.12 %, 99.22 % ,91.80 %, 99.19 % and 98.8 %. of the total ingredients of the essential oil Conclusion: The main chemical ingredients are Alpha - Pinene, Camphene, Beta - Pinene, Eucalyptol, ( - ) - Camphor and Bomeol .
