摘要
采用量值数学法对3种不同的毛皮质量进行了感官评定。量值数学法能根据毛皮的各项感官要求得出整个样品的评估结果,对毛皮质量的感官评定有一定的借鉴作用。
The sensory quality was evaluated for three kinds of fur products based on the magnitude mathematical method. The comprehensive results of the fur samples were obtained by this mathematical method according to the related sensory indexes. Therefore, the magnitude mathematical method is very helpful for the assessment of fur quality.
