世界遗产与民族经济发展往往呈现出某些矛盾的现象。对这一矛盾的处理,应当遵循"优先考虑在不破坏当代人需求前提下的可持续发展"与"优先考虑在不破坏具体实存民族利益前提下的全人类利益"的原则。文化与经济是紧密相关的,经济是嵌合在社会关系之中的。具体民族实存及其发展,是人类存在与发展的具体体现。对于具体的民族地区的发展差异性的关注与尊重,就是对"全人类"的尊重;对差异性的尊重就是对"文化多样性"的尊重;对差异性的尊重就是对"发展道路多元化"的尊重。

Some contradictory phenomena often present themselves between world heritage and national economy development. Handling of this contradiction should follow the principles of ＂giving priority to sustainable development under the premise of not undermining contemporary people＇ s needs＂ and ＂giving priority to benefits of all mankind un- der the premise of not damaging the specific and existing national benefits＂. Culture is closely related with economy and economy is integrated in social relations. The specific national existence and its development is the definite em- bodiment of human existence and development. The attention and respect on diversity of development in specific ethnic group region is the respect of ＂all mankind＂. Respect on diversity is the respect on ＂cultural diversity＂ and ＂diversification of development road＂.
