高校基建档案是高校档案的重要组成部分,它是高校发展过程中有形物质的真实历史记录。基建档案的专业性、客观真实性、多样性、细致性等特点,增加了基建档案整理过程中的复杂性。目前高校基建档案管理出现硬件不达标、软件存在缺陷以及管理人员专业知识欠缺等问题。因此要在改善档案库房条件的同时,管理人员要掌握必要的基建专业知识,增强责任意识,做好基建档案的保密安全,加强基建档案的日常维护,才能科学有序地做好基建档案的管理工作。

Infrastructure archives of colleges and universities are important component of college and university archives and they are the authentic historical record of tangible substance during the developing process of colleges and universities. The specialty, objective authenticity, diversity and particularity of infrastructure archives increase the complexity of the process of arranging infrastructure archives. At present, there exist problems such as under-standard hardware, defected software and deficient professional knowledge of managing staff in the management of infrastructure archives. Therefore, in the meantime of improving conditions of archival repository, managing staff should master neces- sary professional knowledge in infrastructure, promote consciousness of responsibility, safeguard the confidentiality, and strengthen the daily maintenance so as to make a scientific and orderly management of infrastructure archives.
