由于港珠澳大桥岛隧工程设计的精益求精要求,该项目地质勘察严格采用国际标准实施精细化地质勘察,以真实客观准确地反映项目所在区域的岩土物理力学特性。借鉴港珠澳大桥岛隧工程精细化地质勘察成功经验探讨如何进行高素质管理人员全员管理、全过程控制管理及全方位协调保障的精细化地质勘察管理,以满足高标准项目的进度及质量要求,为类似项目提供参考。
