浅析我国未成年犯社区矫正制度的完善

A Brief Analysis on the Improvement of Community Correction in China's Juvenile Offenders

鉴于未成年犯的身心特点,对其适用社区矫正是一种比较适合的执行刑罚方式。但我国未成年犯的社区矫正工作起步较晚,目前仍处于探索阶段,实务中还存在着很多问题。为提高我国未成年犯的矫正效果,减少重新违法犯罪,维护社会的和谐稳定,需要尽快出台未成年犯社区矫正专项立法、构建社会支持网络、设立适合未成年犯特点的"未成年犯矫正套餐"以及设置专门机构和培养专业的社区矫正队伍。

In view of the of juvenile offenders＇mental and physical characteristics, whose suitabili-ty into community correction turned out a proper criminal punishment. Yet such work started late and still in the process of exploration and there still existed many problems. To improve effect of correction on juvenile offenders, reduce recommitment to illegal crime and maintaining society ＇s harmonious steady, it requires an emergent proposal of community correction legislation, construc-ting society supportive network, establishing Correction set meals＇that suitable for juvenile offend-ers, setting up specific teams and nourishing professional community correction organizations.
