Analysis on Non-conformity of Cache Number Caused by Non-equipment Factors

在计重收费实践中常常发生缓存数不符的情况,一般情况下人们都会归咎为设备故障所造成。但在工作实践中发现一些非设备因素如车道特殊事件及不规范操作也是造成缓存数不符的重要原因。分析了这些非设备因素造成缓存数不符的原因及应对方法,可供现场收费工作人员和管理人员借鉴,避免因此产生的错收通行费的情况发生。

As the non-comformity of cache number often happens during the toll-by-weight practice, equipment failure has been generally blamed. But in fact, sometimes, we have found that some non-equipment factors such as some lane special events and some irregulated operations could also be important reasons causing non-conformity of cache number. We have listed and analyzed causes and countermeasures for these non-equipment factors, hopefully being used as help and references for tolling staff and management personnel in order to avoid tolling mistakes.
