摘要
目的探讨泰特对阿霉素所致大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用。方法用阿霉素复制动物心肌损伤模型,泰特作为心脏保护剂,观察泰特对阿霉素所致大鼠心肌损伤的保护效果。结果通过光镜电镜形态学观察,泰特保护组心肌损伤程度明显轻于阿霉素损伤组。结论泰特对阿霉素所致大鼠心肌损伤有明显的保护作用;本文为泰特在临床应用提供了理论依据。
Objective To study the protection of TAD to myocardial injury of rats caused by ADM. Methods An animal model of myocardial injury caused by ADM was made, then,TAD was used as a protective factor. Results The degree of myocardial injury of TAD protective group was obviously lighter than ADM group. Conclusion TAD has obvious protective effects on myocardial injury caused by AMD in rats, so this study supplied a theoretic basis for clinical use of TAD.
