益气养阴活血法对糖尿病模型大鼠血单核细胞趋化因子及血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察益气养阴活血法对糖尿病模型大鼠单核细胞趋化因子(MCP-I)及血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI-1)的影响。方法取大鼠55只,分为5组,除健康对照组外,其余组给予高脂饲料,按30 mg/kg给大鼠腹腔单次注射STZ溶液1次,造模成功后除模型组和健康对照组外,各组连续灌胃药物4周,取血测定血糖血脂及MCP-I及PAI-1。结果给予丹蛭降糖胶囊灌胃后,血清MCP-I明显降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),丹蛭高剂量组疗效优于吡格列酮组(P<0.05)。丹蛭高、低剂量组的PAI-1水平与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但减低幅度不及吡格列酮组。结论具有益气养阴活血作用的丹蛭降糖胶囊能够调节血MCP-I及PAI-1高表达。 Objective To investigate the effect of the tonifying Qi,nourishing Yin on serum MCP-1 and PAI1 level,in the diabetic mouse model.Methods We picked out 55 mice,and divided them into 5 groups.All the treatment groups,were fed with high-fat diet and injected with STZ at 30mg / kg for one time.The herb was given to the groups except the control group for 4 weeks.Finally,we assessed the changes in blood glucose and lipid levels,MCP1 and PAI-1 content in the mice.Results The serum MCP-1 level in the medication group reduced obviously after being treated by the Capsule of Danzhi Jiangtang(P 0.01).The PAI-1 level of the group treated by high Danzhi at a low dose decreases greatly compared to the model group(P 0.05).Conclusion The capsule of Danzhi Jiangtang can inhibit the high expression of MCP-1 and PAI-1 in diabetic mouse models.
