摘要 针对煤炭资源回收率低、矿井采掘衔接紧张、下隅角瓦斯治理难度大的难题,邯矿集团陶一煤矿,根据适卷围岩地质条件,提出适应沿空留巷巷道围岩变形特点的巷道支护架,并通过采用ZKD型高水速凝充填材料进行巷旁充填、沿空留巷。该工艺具有操作简单,易于输送等优点,从对留巷表面位移观测可知,两帮位移量平均小于20 mm,顶底板相对移近量300 mm左右,效果良好。 According to the difficulties that low recovery rate of coal resources,stressed coal mining connection,gas control in down-corner angle,based on the shipping lane geological condition of surrounding rock,Taoyi Mine of Handan Mining Industry Group recommended accommodating the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of roadway along the empty left lane roadway support scheme and adopted ZKD high-water quick-setting filling material to fill gob side,gob-side entry retaining.The technology was simple and easy to transport,etc.,The observation for left roadway surface showed that the average amount of displacement between two sides was less than 20 mm,the top floor was relatively closer to about 300 mm.It got good results.
