摘要
根据邢东矿矿井水的高浊度、含油及水质变化较大的水质特征,分别选取聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)、硫酸亚铁和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)4种水处理药剂进行混凝试验。结果表明:PAFC和PAM配合投加效果最好;正常水质条件下PAFC与PAM最佳投加量分别为90 mg/L和1.0 mg/L,特殊水质条件下PAFC与PAM最佳投加量分别为200 mg/L和2.0 mg/L;PAFC与PAM配合投加间隔时间60 s混凝效果最佳;混凝沉淀后的上清液浊度小于5 NTU,石油类小于5 mg/L。
According to the water characteristics of Xingdong Mine Water with high turbidity,oil and water quality varies widely,PAC,PAFC,FeSO4 and PAM of four kinds of water treatment chemicals were selected for coagulation experiments.Experimental results showed that: the best effect was the PAFC and PAM combining dosing;normal water quality condition of PAFC and PAM optimum dosage was 90(mg ·L-1) and 1.0(mg·L-1),special water quality condition of PAFC and PAM optimum dosage was 200(mg ·L-1) and 2.0(mg·L-1);the PAFC and PAM combined dosing interval 60 seconds coagulation effect was the best;After coagulating and depositing,the supernatant turbidity was less than 5 NTU,oil less than 5(mg·L-1).
