摘要
为查找抗生素染菌原因,预防染菌,从染菌的原因分析、处理措施、防止措施及列举案例进行发酵染菌问题的探讨。结果表明,在发酵生产过程中须做好培养基、发酵设备、管道与附件的灭菌及空气除菌,严格控制生产操作的各个环节,杜绝杂菌污染。
In order to find the causes of microbial contaminations and prevent microbial contamination,the cause analysis,handling methods and preventive measures of microbial contamination in fermentation processes were discussed.The results showed that during the fermentation processes of antibiotic products,sterilization of culture media,processing equipments,adjacent transfer pipes and ancillary systems should be adequately conducted with tight controls in order to ensure the related process steps,prevent bacterial contamination.
