矿用油品中环烷酸的腐蚀与抑制研究

Study on Corrosion and Inhibition of Naphthenic acid in Mine Oil

分析了矿用油品中环烷酸引起腐蚀的原因,阐述了可能造成的危害,将不同缓蚀剂、不同用量对油品的防腐蚀性的影响进行试验研究,筛选出了缓蚀添加剂,对酯型难燃液压油进行了改性,有效抑制了腐蚀的发生。

The reasons of the corrosion caused by naphthenic acid in mine oil were analyzed.The possible harms were expounded and the influences of the different corrosion inhibitors and different dosage on the oil anticorrosive were researched the corrosion inhibitor additives were screened,the ester fire-resistant hydraulic oil was modified.Through above researches, the corrosion was effectively controlled.
