摘要 国家产业政策要求,新建焦炉必须配备与之能力相适应的干熄焦装置。某焦化厂准备建设2套125 t/h和2套140 t/h干熄焦装置。干熄焦余热发电有2种常见的装机方案,分别是单压高压锅炉配带回热系统的凝汽式汽轮发电机组、双压高压锅炉配不带回热系统的凝汽式汽轮发电机组。介绍了这2种方案的特点,并结合本工程对其进行了技术经济比较,得出双压高压锅炉配不带回热系统的凝汽式汽轮发电机组节省投资、经济效益更好。 It is pointed out in national industrial policy that the new coke oven must be equipped with the corresponding coke dry guenching(CDQ).The two sets of 125 t / h and two sets of 140 t / h CDQ devices were built in a coking plant.There were two common installed schemes in CDQ waste heat power generation which were the single-pressure and high-pressure boiler with condensing steam turbine generator back to the heat system,dual-pressure high-pressure boiler with recuperative system condensing steam turbine power generation unit respectively.The characteristics of these two schemes were described,their engineering technical and economy were compared.It has concluded the dual-pressure high-pressure boiler with condensing steam turbine generator back to the heating system had less investment,better economic benifit.
