新型双电源供电系统在炼化装置上的应用

摘要 乌石化炼油化工装置对供电要求较高,近年来随着工艺装置不断扩大,尤其是一些重要关键机组,短时间停电都将引起整个装置的停车,造成设备损坏,还可能引起爆炸和火灾及人身事故。乌石化公司采用新型供电线路快速切换控制装置,当瞬间断电发生时,备用系统在500 ms之内完成切换,基本保证了供电的连续性,极大的缩短了停电时间,满足了生产装置供电需求。同时对电网的冲击大大降低,减少了因装置停工造成的巨大经济损失和装置事故中可能发生的对人员的人身伤害事故。 Due to higher power requirements in Urumqi petrochemical refinery and petrochemical plant,and with the process plant being expanded,especially in some key units,the production was stopped,the equipments were damaged,explosion and fire were aroused,personal injuries were caused because of short time power outages.The company adopted a new supply line quick switch control devices so that the standby system completed the switch within 500 ms when momentary power failure occurred,and the continuity of electricity supply was guaranteed,the time of the power failure was greatly shorten,the production devices supply needs were met,as the same time,the impact on power was greatly reduced,the economic losses and the personal injury accidents were reduced.
