高效液相色谱分析30%噻虫嗪·氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂

Analysis of 30% SC of Thiamethoxam and Chlorantraniliprole by HPLC

建立了一种高效液相色谱测定噻虫嗪.氯虫苯甲酰胺配剂的分析方法。色谱条件为ODS2 C18HPLC色谱柱,以甲醇-水为流动相,选择230 nm为检测波长进行检测。结果表明,噻虫嗪和氯虫苯甲酰胺的标准偏差分别为0.023、0.022,变异系数分别为0.11%、0.22%,平均回收率分别为99.3%、98.6%。

A high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） analysis method for determining thiamethoxam-chlorantraniliprole was established.The conditions of HPLC were ODS2 C18 reversed-phase chromatograph column,the methanol-water as the fluid phase,230 nm wavelength.The results showed that the starndard deviation of thiamethoxam and chlorantraniliprole were 0.023 and 0.022,the variation coefficient were 0.11% and 0.22%,the average recovery were 99.3% and 98.6% respectively.
