摘要
在房间空气调节器中,由于铜管与压缩机是刚性连接的,压缩机在工作中产生的振动会作用在铜管上而使铜管产生疲劳。因此,在实际应用中必须严格控制铜管的应力应变值,以防止铜管疲劳断裂。本文对空调器用铜管的应力应变限值进行了初步的推算与分析。
In the room air-conditioner, as the brass tube and the compressor are rigid connected, the quiver of the compressor while running can effect on the brass tube to make it wear down. So, in practice use, we must control the limit numerical value of stress distortion on brass tube strictly, so as to prevent the brass tube from wearing down. The calculation of limit numerical value of stress distortion on brass tube for room air-conditioner use is researched in this paper.
