不同管型结构空调冷凝器传热性能研究

摘要 首先建立冷凝器计算模型,并与实验结果进行对比,换热量误差在5%以内。然后以此模型为基础,以光管为参照,对比分析了螺旋槽强化管、直槽强化管和交叉槽强化管的换热和压降特性。结果表明:在不同室外侧空气进口干球温度和不同质量流量的情况下,三种强化管换热器的换热量基本相近,但压降相差较明显,综合考虑换热量与阻力损失时,直槽强化管的热效率最高,螺旋槽强化管最低。 First establish the computer model of the condenser, and compare with the experimental results, the maximum heat transfer capacity deviation between the numerical simulation results and the experimental values is less than 5%. Using the model as a base, compare and analysis the heat transfer ability and pressure drop of spirally grooved tube, straight grooved tube, cross grooved tube and smooth tube. The research results show that the heat transfer ability of the three enhanced heat transfer tube is similar in the conditions of different out door air dry-ball temperature and different mass flow, but the difference of pressure drop is evidence, when considering the heat transfer ability and pressure drop at the same time, the heat transfer ability of straight grooved tube is highest, and the spirally grooved tube is lowest.
