铝漆包线电机在冰箱压缩机上应用的关键技术

小型制冷压缩机中的电机中铜漆包线约占材料成本50%以上的比例。压缩机制造商和冰柜主机制造商受到综合成本的影响都从2008年开始进行铝漆包线在压缩机电机中应用的可能性。本文针对铝漆包线电机的设计方法与加工工艺提出了改善方案,在保持铜漆包线同等性能的情况下降低压缩机综合成本,并实现在冰柜产品上的批量使用。

The cost of copper wire shares about 50% in the whole motor cost. The method of aluminum wire using in the compressor motor was analyzed to reduce the cost of the material. The designing method about aluminum wire was introduced. According to this method, the motor cost can been reduced while the efficiency of the motor can been kept.The solution of the process of aluminum motor was given.
